At Aussie Baby Toys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags attached. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as [bath toys, teething toys, or opened personal-use items] may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please contact us if you're unsure.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at sales@aussiebabytoys.com.au or call +61 480 010 150 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.

Return Shipping

Refunds
